这个AirCharter的最新的预订引擎结合了从飞机拥有者和操作员搜集的数据到机场和主管部门从而能够快速准确地进行切合真实情况的估价。这个引擎系统会检查以下因素；筛选出不可用的飞机，增加可能的选择。

预订的系统中包含很多飞机种类从活塞飞机（双座位）到商业飞机（超过500个座位）
系统记录中有超过29,000个机场，并且会自动建议客户选取合适的机场从而避免高昂的机场建设费用。

飞机性能— 根据实际乘机的人数会筛选出合适的飞机。

跑道长度— 根据飞机类型和乘客数量，机场起飞降落的安全性也会被检查。

风速— 实时风速测量用来确定飞行时间和航程以确保不会影响行程。

飞行时间/飞机时速/装机量——飞机的巡航速度会自动根据乘客的数量匹配来计算飞机最大的航程。

地面时间—每架飞机在更短的时间内起飞或降落，这是根据每架飞机的模型计算出来的。

机组人员休息室—预订引擎会计算机组人员的待命时间，同时也会包括可能的花费。

空乘——如果有特殊需求的话，空乘的价格也会被计算在内。比如说，长时间飞行，大量乘客。

加油测算—不同种类的飞机加油的时间有很大不同，这些也会被系统考虑在内。

机组人员换班— 如果长途旅行在一段时间后需要换班，预订引擎也会将其考虑在内。

机场位置— 机场的选择是根据机场建设费不同做出最省钱有效率。

飞机可用性 — 已确定的不可用的飞机不会在搜索结果中显示，节省预订时间，同时客户会看到所有被重新定位的从飞机所在地起飞的从而节省的费用。

空置的飞机—如果预订的飞机不可用，预订引擎会自动为你匹配可用的飞机并计算差价。

所有以上的价格会加总在一起，从而准确的为以下做出实时报价：

飞机每小时的花费——计算每小时飞机的花销。

移动飞机每小时的花费——计算移动一架空置飞机的花费。

燃油费- — 所有额外的燃油费

飞机在地面待命的花费——地面待命的花费会根据在地面的时间计算。

停机费—所有超过一晚上或一天的飞机停机所需费用会被自动计算在内

过夜费—根据飞机，操作员和机组人员的过夜费也会被自动计算在内。

机组人员费用—额外增加的机组人员和空乘的费用会根据相关因素计算在内，比如：飞行时间，飞机的大小。

固定运营基地费用——此项费用会根据基地提供的实时最新报价提供给消费者，其中包括着陆费还有一些机场的建设费。

FBO charges – FBO charges are fetched from up to date pricing provided by the FBOs themselves

除了费用之外，包括飞机详情，飞行时间，要求的特定的飞机图片会根据价格的高低呈现给客户。
分段国际税——FET税也会被自动加总到一起给消费者准确的报价。

其他费用— 小额费用支出比如噪音费用，去冰的费用也会被计算在内。

当预订系统自动计算所有的花费之后，网上费用会自动报给客户。
