Ultra long range jet roundup

Aircharter's ultra long range jet roundup Long range jets are the best way to travel in larger groups (8-18) passengers while eliminating as many fuel stops as possible. Long range jets are known for their ability to fly over 4000 nautical miles while carrying at least 8 passengers, the ultimate in luxury is aboard these jets, with the finest in onboard amenities, ranging from touch screen media systems for each passenger, to full sized lavatories and galleys, with reclining, lie-flat seats with  comforting massage features. There are many aircraft marketed at the general public as long range jets, but here we have a roundup of the most frequently used long range jets used for private air charter: Global Express 6000 (XRS)     Capable of nonstop flights between New York and Tokyo, with an onboard bedroom, commonly configured for 8 passengers, but capable of seating 19 in a high density configuration. This aircraft is always much more attractive in an 8 passenger configuration, 8 passenger configurations usually include a full sized galley, full sized bathroom with shower, and a full sized bed. The global 6000 is an iconic long range jet known for its ultimate comforts and 5,200 nautical mile range. The lavish interiors and gorgeous interior and exterior design are right on par with the approximate $12,000 an hour charter price. Gulfstream G550 A beautiful and very comfortable long ranged business jet, seating up to 19 passengers in it’s most dense configuration. But even at this 19 passenger configuration, the cabin feels extremely roomy, with plenty of space between you and your other passengers. The G550 flies 6,700 nautical miles, almost as far as the top of the line G650, allowing nonstop flights between almost

Empty Legs – October 31st to November 30th

Empty Legs - October 31st to November 30th Aircharter.com is pleased to announce its 9 hottest empty leg offers. We offer thousands of empty legs via our booking engine, but the Aircharter team has compiled a list of the hottest empty legs available starting tomorrow for the next week. Also added are some future empty legs not to miss! Consult our Empty Leg Guide for any information regarding the mechanics behind an empty leg. Or alternatively, contact us for more information about any available empty legs for lightning speed pricing. The prices listed are 100% accurate and all inclusive (Fees and Taxes). Pricing is subject to aircraft relocation time in the case of changing the departure or arrival airport at your convenience. The way a traditional private jet charter works is very simple; chartering a private jet means you rent out the entirety of the aircraft for the entire duration of your trip. This means if a potential customer wishes to fly from New York to Florida as a one way trip, said customer would pay for both legs of the trip, as the aircraft would essentially be returning empty, and the customer is responsible for all flight charges concerning his/her trip. Flying an empty leg home means you would be paying approximately half of the traditional cost for chartering said private jet. Empty legs are always available and directly offered if one is available for your trip request, our main charter team works closely with the empty leg team to always default to a less costly alternative if availability allows it. Please contact us today if you are ready to book your empty leg with Aicharter.com

What is Public Charter?

Public Charter Express Boarding from the FBO directly on-board. NO MORE LONG CHECK INS & TSA LINES What is a Public Charter? Unlike a regular charter flight where you lease/ rent an entire aircraft a public charter is a charter in which a tour operator or airline leases or charters a whole aircraft to sell seats on board the chartered aircraft directly through an agency. All public charter flights must be filed and authorized by the US DOT if operating on any US territory legally binding the public charter tour operator to the protection of its clients’ funds for service rendered. Many public charter tour operators will offer seasonal operations and are often sold as package deals although in many cases are offered as seats on-board only. Some tour operators will offer elegantly tailored services with unique choices of meals, drinks and specialized VIP FBO along with express security clearance at high density airports while many other public charter tour operators provide basic services to their customers with cheap charter options that tend to not cater or entertain their guests on-board and often times allow very restricted baggage allowances. It may seem as a very stingy offering by a tour operator, but the demand for such charter flights are increasing to exponential numbers. Many customers are starting to seek the most economical and time saving solution versus luxury and comfort. On a routine public charter business trip to New York City, Joshua Esteban (partner at a Chicago based Legal Equity Firm) left his suburban Chicago home at 7 am, parked at O’Hare Airport 15 minutes later, boarded a Dornier 328 Jet by 7:30 am bound for Teterboro, NJ, and reached his rental vehicle in Teterboro (awaiting him

Aircharter’s Learjet roundup

Aircharter's Learjet roundup Bombardier’s immense line of lear jets especially catered for 7 to 9 passengers, covers a wide range of aircraft, all with specific features and cabin styles. Bombardier currently sells the Learjet 70, 75, and 85 respectively. But the company is known for its Learjets 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 31, 35, 36, 40, 45, 55 and 60. Each with their corresponding sub-models modified to carry a heavier load, or fly much further range. Here we will cover the Learjets most commonly used for charter, discuss their performance, and average price per hour. Learjet 35A This light jet carries a maximum of 8 passengers, and has the range capacity of 2,600 miles. The Learjet 35A was built to replace the Lear 35, giving it a slightly greater range, and all new TFE731-22B engines. For a light jet, this aircraft has range taunting that of a mid jet. The cabin is not cramped for a light jet, and most configurations are for 7 passengers, with some configurations comfortably seating 8. A Learjet 35A will cost approximately $2,400 an hour to charter. Learjet 45 Comfortably seating 9, this small mid jet has a maximum range of 1,970 miles, a tad lower than the aforementioned Lear 35, but compensates with a higher cruise speed, and a larger cabin, this would become bombardier’s future Learjet 70 and 75 lineup. A fast climbing and sat flying aircraft makes this aircraft great for any short city pair hop. Learjet 45s are available to charter at approximately $3,400 an hour. Learjet 60 This mid jet most commonly seats 8 passengers, and allows a range of 2770 miles at 522 mph. This is an updated version of the Lear 55, this model offered

NBAA 2014 Roundup

NBAA 2014 News Roundup Aircharter is proud to announce the hottest events that sparked our attention from NBAA 2014. The National Business Aviation Association's annual show is being held in Orlando, FL from October 21st to 23rd for the public. Spread across 25 acres at ORL (Orlando Executive Airport), bringing together over 29,000 professionals from the business aviation field. This is the seventh annual convention with the highest turnout since the very beginning.   Gulfstream unveils a G600 mockup Already mentioned in our comparison between the all new G550 and G600, we have been eagerly awaiting the unveiling of the G600 cabin after seeing the G550 days before taxi up to the stage under its own power. With a 19 passenger capacity, we were very interested in how this business jet would compare to the immensely popular G650. The cabin feels thinner than the G650, but also feels much longer. We can see that this aircraft was a subtle response to Bombardiers Global 7000 and 8000, both with long, narrow cabins. Airbus unveils a VIP concept cabin for the A330-200 This specific cabin is made to seat a massive 90 passengers, quite the feat for a VIP configured airliner, though the VIP section includes seating for 19, a standard in VIP configured airliners. The Airbus CJ series has lacked behind in the recent years with Boeing taking the initiative with their all new BBJ line spread across all widebody platforms they have to offer including the monstrous 787. Airbus's VIP configured A330 features a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an office, a conference and dining room and a work area. It's been a while airbus, the VIP airliner business is nearly on par with standard business aviation,

Gulfstream announces G500 and G600

Gulfstream announces G500 and G600 October 14, 2014 - Gulfstream today announced a new pair of high-end business jets: an all new G500 and G600 will be available for delivery in 2017 and 2019 respectively. The all new G500 taxied up to the viewers in Savannah, Georgia, under it’s own power, showing us that these aircraft will be here in the not too distant future. The all new G500 and G600 both feature the speed and aeronautical prowess of the very popular G650. Both aircraft are powered by Pratt & Whitney PW800 engines, these aircraft will be quieter, more fuel-efficient, and offer lower emissions even given the Mach .90 cruising speed with a maximum operating speed of Mach .925. The G500 will fly 5,000 nautical miles at Mach .85 or 3,800 nm at Mach .90. The G600 is capable of flying 6,200 nm at Mach .85 or 4,800 nm at Mach .90 Both aircraft can be configured for up to 19 passengers, the G600 offering 4 living areas, and 3 living areas on the G500, this paired alongside both forward and aft full sized lavatories or galleys. The Gulfstream G500 and G600 are new additions to the Gulfstream’s fleet, but won't replace the G450 and G550. Both are designed to be a near brother of the already superb G650, offering the same passenger capacity, the same full three-axis digital fly-by-wire system, and the same signature oval windows, the largest of any business jet. "The active control sidesticks enable both pilots to be consistently on the same page, enhancing safety, no other business aircraft on the market has this feature." (Dan Nale, Senior VP of Engineering Programs and Test.) This is a large step in the

Super Bowl XLIX

Super Bowl XLIX February 1st, 2015: Watch history in the making when chartering a private jet to Glendale, AZ’s University of Phoenix Stadium to watch Super Bowl XLIX. Eyewitness the second Super Bowl to be played at this stadium and the third to be held in the Phoenix Metro Area. The glorious University of Phoenix Stadium “UPS” has been a premium stadium choice for the NFL to hold Super Bowl XLII. Since that decision, the Phoenix Metro has made revolutionary preparations for the enormous NFL final. This is the second Super Bowl to be held at the UPS; in February 3rd, 2008 the triumphant New England Patriots lost to the New York Giants producing one of the biggest shockers in NFL history. Like many sports events worldwide, numerous fans charter private jets to attend super bowls. There are many variables that may cause you to miss such a historical event when flying commercial: - Severe Weather Conditions - Overbooked Airliners - Group Privacy - Delays and cancellations the day of your flight Aboard your chartered aircraft, you travel with passengers of your own choice, eat and drink what you've ordered in advance, and enjoy the personal privacy that leaves you perfectly comfortable to discuss business, make phone calls, or just relax and feel at home. Compared to flying scheduled airlines, air charter is, in absolutely every respect, smoother, easier, less complicated. Not only do you save a great deal of time at the passenger terminal, but your chartered plane will most often take off within a few minutes after you board. As the smaller airports handle less traffic, take-off and landing delays are quite rare. Factor in the increased productivity that results from less stressful travel
